Catalyst of Innovation

More Than Ideas. Making Things Happen.

For most of my career, I’ve been drawn to situations that didn’t have obvious answers.

Sometimes it meant modernizing products that had become outdated or overly complex. Sometimes it meant creating something entirely new. Sometimes it meant helping teams work through uncertainty. And sometimes it meant exploring emerging technologies before anyone knew exactly where they would lead.

I’ve always enjoyed figuring things out.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I enjoy bringing people together, connecting ideas, solving seemingly impossible problems, and helping move things forward.

Over time, that curiosity evolved into a career spanning healthcare, automotive, financial services, AI, enterprise software, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures. While the industries changed, one thing remained surprisingly consistent: I’m at my best when helping people navigate change and create something better than what existed before.

Along the way, I discovered that some of the most impactful innovations weren’t the result of a single breakthrough idea. They emerged when the right people, opportunities, and support systems came together. Creating environments where innovation can thrive—where ideas can surface, evolve, gain momentum, and become reality—has become just as rewarding to me as the innovation itself.

That’s where the title Catalyst of Innovation comes from.

Not necessarily because innovation starts with me, but because I know how to bring people together, incubate ideas, make them stronger, tell bigger stories, and help create the conditions where great things can happen.

This is where I am at my best.
